We are very excited to announce and present Jim Franks as New Hope’s Discipleship Pastor.  Jim and his wife Jeni have been a part of the New Hope story from nearly the beginning and they are excited, along with their kids (Isaac & Mikaela), to be a part of the next season of ministry at New Hope.

Jim has served as our Pastoral Counselor for almost a year and has helped many people grow and experience freedom through his counseling ministry.  Jim’s main focus in this new Part-time Pastoral role will be leading our Small Group & Pastoral Care ministries.  Here are a few key items from this new role:

•  Creates a system for Small Groups to grow and multiply
•  Develops and maintains monthly huddles of Small Group Leaders for ongoing care, growth, & training
•  Recruits and develops new Small Groups leaders
•  Develops and maintains a process to help new attenders get into a Small Group
•  Serves as the primary contact for Pastoral Care needs
•  Develops a system of care that utilizes the Small Groups and leaders
